The Institute has two committee rooms, two confernce halls and one function hall to hold national and international confernces/seminars/workshops and cultural programs of the Institute.

Committee Rooms: The first of these is a council room with a very sophiscated 14 seater confernce table furnished with carpeting and air conditioning. It has a facility of showing online and off-line presentations through multimedia.

LCD projector and also other materials through an overhead projector. It has a capacity of accommodating nearly 20
participants.

The s.econd committee room has a sophisticated 22 seater conference table furnished with carpeting and air- conditioning. It is equipped with latest Public Address.system and recording facilities to record the proceedings of the seminars/workshops. It has a facility of showing online/off line presentations through a multl-medla projector and has a capacity of. accommodating nearly 3 participants.

Conference Hall: The conference" hall can accommodate nearly 200 persons and is well furnished with writing tables, carpeting, PA system with audio recording facilities for the conferences/workshops. Further the conference hall is very much.suitable for the inaugural/valedictory functions of all kinds of seminars, workshops, conferences at national and international levels.

SRLC Seminar Hall: It has a
sophisticated well furnished 45 seater conference table fully equipped with 't high quality PA system and audio- recording facilities of the proceedings of the conferences/ 1 workshops/seminars of larger gathering.

Function Hall: The function hall of
the Institute can accommodate nearly 250 persons. The hall is furnished with high quality furniture, carpeting, elevated beautiful stage fitted with creative lighting facilities for all kinds of cultural programs, etc. It is also equipped with modem high quality audio system.

Guest rooms: The Institute has 9 single rooms and 3 double rooms with attached bathrooms for visiting scholars. These rooms are well furnished. Three double bedded rooms and two single bedded rooms are furnished with telephone facility, cable TV, air conditioning, carpeting ;and design furniture. The Institute also has a VIP suite which has two double bedded well furnished rooms with TV, air-conditioning, carpeting, a kitchenette and telephone facility, I and also a sitting room.

Facilities available in TV Studio of CIIL:

The TV Section under the ETU is equipped with Air-conditioned large Studio floor with a Control room. The TV Studio floor is fitted with Cyclorama and necessary lighting. The control room is equipped with %" Umatic complete set of video equipments consisting of two video cameras and edit VCRs for shooting and editing. The studio recently acquired Digital video shooting and editing equipment. It is possible to take up the video production work from shooting to final editing. Transferring from Umatic to Digital, Beta or VHS formats.
